Construction time: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily

Please note: The stand material may only be placed on the area of your own exhibition stand, the empties must be removed immediately and the aisles must be kept free of empties and full bottles.

End of set-up: April 9, 2025, 6:00 p.m.

Remove vehicles from the hall by 4:00 p.m.

Dismantling begins: April 13, 2025, from 5:00 p.m

Access to the halls: April 13, 2025, from 6 p.m

Driving into the halls is permitted as long as the logistical situation allows it. During major events, for example in the other areas of the Dortmund Trade Fair or in the neighboring Signal Iduna Park, access to the halls may be delayed or difficult.

End of dismantling: April 15, 2025, 6:00 p.m

Information on the delivery of goods during the trade fair

First day of the fair: 6:45 – 8:45 a.m., 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

The following trade fair days: 7:45 – 8:45 a.m., 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Unfortunately, it happens again and again that exhibitors receive misleading listing offers in order to be included in so-called trade fair and exhibitor directories. Well-known companies and online directories are art-living.info, Expo Guide, International Fairs Directory, Handwerk-Markt.com, Handcraft-market.com and Construct Data Publisher. Messe Dortmund GmbH expressly states that it has no connection whatsoever to "Expo Guide", "art-living.info", "FAIR GUIDE", "International Fairs Directory", "Handwerk-Markt.com" and "Handcraft-market .com" stands.

We expressly distance ourselves from the business practices of these companies. In most cases, these are unauthorized publishers who finance themselves through fee-based entries in various directories. However, the impression is often given that the offer is free of charge. The amount and duration of the payment obligation can only be found in the small print of the terms and conditions - which often comes as a nasty surprise.

You can make entries in the official media of our events via our Online Service Center (OSC). The access data for the OSC will be sent to you by our trade fair team together with the stand confirmation on stationery from Messe Dortmund GmbH or by e-mail with the appropriate signature.
